Pacific Poker Being Rebranded Under 888Poker

One of the most popular and oldest online poker rooms, Pacific Poker, appears to be going under a re-branding. Pacific Poker has been owned by 888 gambling company already before, but for some reason in the past they have decided to keep it somewhat separated from the 888 brand. But now that appears to be changing. When you go to the Pacific Poker’s homepage a pop-up window that tells you “Pacific Poker’s brand new look… revealed” opens and in the new window it also shows the 888Poker logo. Hopefully this change will boost the slightly crippled player numbers of their poker network, as with the soft games, good promotions and decent software the network certainly has loads of potential to be a major poker network.

On top of the 888Poker 888.com also owns several other “888” gambling brands, including for an example 888sport (sports betting), 888ladies (bingo games) and 888casino (casino games), and it is not hard to guess that many of the poker fishes that you can find at their poker site come from these other products expecting poker to be somewhat similar to them.
