Clonie Gowen Sues FullTiltPoker!

It appears that Clonie Gowen, as Cycalona Gowen in the complaint has sued FullTiltPoker, Tiltware, Pocket Kings LTD, and Kolyma Corporation, A.V.V to the court. Also as defendants in the complain are the following poker players Raymond J. Bitar, Howard Lederer, Andrew (Andy) Bloch , Phillip (Phil) Ivey, Christopher (Chris) Ferguson , John Juanda, Phillip (Phil) Gordon, Erick Lindgren, Jennifer Harman-Traniell, Michael (Mike) Matusow, Allen Cunningham, Gus Hansen and Patrik Antonius. Thus we can conclude with high probability that those people are the ones that actually own FullTiltPoker.

According to the claim Clonie Gowen was offered 1% share of FullTiltPoker in 2004 for becoming the team fulltiltpoker female pro. However according to the claim she hasn’t been paid the moneys she deserves based on the contract, according to her other owners were paid share of the companys profits in 2007, but she didn’t get a share. Also according to her Howard Lederer offered to pay $250k, which in Clonies mind is not even close to what is owed. One more interesting thing about the claim is that according to it FullTiltPoker is estimated to be worth $4billion.

Clonie also says that on November 11. FullTiltPoker told her that they would do a press release announcing that she is no longer a team full tilt poker pro.
